This remarkably fine wine derives from a dry-farmed vineyard promiscuously planted more than 80 years ago to many traditional white varieties, of which Macabeo constitutes around half of the total. Made in concrete and aged on the fine lees without stirring for twelve months, it sports just 12.5% alcohol and is endlessly and persistently interesting on the palate.
