Forest-Marié N.V. Brut Tradition
This is the cuvée that won the coveted Coup de Coeur from the Guide Hachette in France. Made from equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. It has that insinuating nose that only champagne can offer, full of biscuity intrigue. Crisp and fresh, with a beguiling gingery overtone, this is a mighty satisfying “basic” champagne that is a poster-child for what makes our grower friends such a rewarding source for this most important of beverages.

Notes from the Producer: The reputation of this great classic is due to its sophisticated blend of grape varieties and terroirs: 1/3 pinot noir, 1/3 pinot meunier, 1/3 chardonnay. A pale yellow color, aromas with a predominance of yellow fruits, it is perfect for all occasions, especially at the time of the aperitif.
Amber reflections nuance its pale yellow hue; the taster will discover the finesse and complexity of its nose. From a beautiful freshness to the attack, the mouth evolves on slightly honeyed peach and pear scents, up to a finish marked by a hint of freshness.
