Notes from the Producer: Summer wine par excellence, its magic is due to the agreement of Pinot Noir d'Ecueil with Pinot Meunier de Trigny, mixed with red hampan hillpit raised for this purpose. His seduction is expressed by the freshness of all the notes of red fruits he evokes. It opens the evening nicely and enchants the desserts.
This wine is dressed in a salmon dress with coppery reflections. On the nose there are allusions to a universe of wild strawberries, blackberries and sours. The mouth expresses the seduction of these greedy fruits, even sour candies. An impression of greed that continues with liveliness.
