Bernhard 2022 Hackenheimer Kirchberg Riesling Spätlese trocken
This peachy-toned beauty hits the dry Riesling target spot-on! Less imposing than the Auslese trocken we had been buying, it appeals for its ripe but mannerly nose, impeccably balanced palate (just 4 gm. of r.s. perform wonders here) and a finish full of mineral intrigue, if you are not seduced away by the wine’s sheer tastiness.
