Castell d'Age N.V. Cava Cuvee Anne Marie Rose Brut
We have a preference for autochthonous grapes, but we are not ideological about it! When Olivia presented us with this irresistibly delicious pink bubbly, we did not even pretend to resist. And nor, we think, will you. With its brisk Pinot nose and judicious dosage of 5 gm., this is a model of skillful rosé sparkling wine-making.
