Passágem N.V. White Port
Our team flipped over this hitherto-unknown wine when they visited the producer. Made from the traditional white varieties of the Douro, and markedly drier than the other ports with just 30 gm. or so of r.s., this has proved to be a brilliant basis for a stylishly different cocktail, or just enjoyed with a twist of orange and an ice cube.
