Jérôme Coessens 2020 Largillier Brut Nature
Jérôme only makes this undosed wine in what he terms ”rich” years. From the parcel named Minéral; as the soil is more calcareous, the minerality is more pronounced, according to Jerome. It was left en tirage until the end of 2022, the better to allow a graceful evolution. A lovely, scented wine that shows the way for the “Nature” style.
