Dehours & Fils 2015 Millesime Extra Brut
In a way, the counterpart to the new parcel wines is this relatively new venture – a vintage cuvée dedicated to the best wines from each year. The 2015 blends equal parts Meunier and Pinot Noir from selected top parcels - 50% of Meunier from Port à Binson and Cerseuil and 50% of Pinot Noir from the " Maisoncelle” plot. Six years en tirage and have lent it gras and harmony. Despite the designation, this is not dosed, effectively making it a Brut Nature.
