In a way, the counterpart to the new parcel wines is this new venture – a vintage wine to be made EVERY year combining two-thirds Meunier from the best parcels, fermented in steel, and one-third Chardonnay from Brisefer, done in oak. Six years en tirage have lent it gras and harmony. Despite the designation, this is dosed at just 3gm., which is effectively Extra Brut.

Notes from the Producer: Le Millésime is a cuvée dedicated to the best wines from each Vintage. Each harvest is different in style and this cuvée will be the tribute to each year. In 2015, the harvest started on the second half of September. This is a selection of the best plots of the 2015 harvest : 50% of Meunier from Port à Binson and Cerseuil and 50% of Pinot Noir from" Maisoncelle" plot
