A blend of 80% 2016 and 20% 2015, now with zero dosage it again demonstrates the house’s remarkable ability to coax finely-textured wines from their grapes, even at this ultra-dry level. It is reminiscent of the single-parcel Meunier wines made by Jérôme’s friend Alexandre Chartogne.
