Boeckel 2023 Sylvaner Midelberg ORGANIC
The strikingly lovely scent leads into a wine of commanding density and richness, that is nonetheless dry. Mittelbergheim enjoys a unique eminence for its Sylvaner, to the extent that the Zotzenberg vineyard is the only one in Alsace permitted to append its Grand Cru status to this unfairly under-rated variety.
