There is a wonderfully relaxed quality to this wine, curiously evocative of the style familiar from the great Nikolaihof estate in the Wachau. The attack is salty, the texture silky and the flavours just delicious. 2018 is the “new” vintage. Hanspeter doesn’t believe in rushing wines to market.
