Notes from the Producer: Night harvest at optimum maturity.
Great exemple for the AOC with this light, glassy and fresh wine. The wine shows aromas of exotic and stone fruits for a sapid and fleshy finish.
Last review from the January 2023 magazine Terres de Vin : "A favorite for this beautiful dynamic balance that keeps the wine in tension. A mineral touch in the middle of the mouth, a fruity (green peach) and floral expression of the classic Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle trio. This bottle from Bruno Baylet seduces and also whets the appetite with its fresh finish and a slight bitterness. A feat because there is no question of garage wine here, the 180,000 bottles from the 2022 vintage will be able to conquer connoisseurs on the lookout for an excellent value-for-price. As a bonus, the vineyard is labeled Bee Friendly."
