Polz 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Ried Theresienhohe "Therese" (Steiermark) [15/375]
This is the best-known wine of Polz in Austria. Grown in their coolest slaty vineyards in the Kitzeck-Sausal area at an average altitude of 500 meters, it is an authoritative, slightly reduced wine that knocks out with its coiled power and spiel of fruit and mineral. The only top Sauvignon made by Polz in steel.
