Notes from the Producer: This unique sparkling wine stands out due to its origin in a plot located in the highest area of the town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. As early as 1954 all three grape varieites were planted in the same plot. It is a vineyard that receives ample sunlight hours, providing an excellent window for grape maturation.
