Eladio Pineiro 2019 La Ola Albariño (Rias Baixas)
In its strikingly shaped blue bottle, adorned with a totally original interactive label, this wine makes a huge impression even before you drink it. The “lightest” of Eladio’s wines, given a modest six months on the lees, it nonetheless has a penetrating nose and silky texture that make it dangerously easy to drink. 2019 is the current vintage and is as fresh as a daisy.
