Aldinger (2013) Brut Rose 2 Sekt
With similar origins to the Pinot Sekt above, it has all the same virtues while obeying its prime dictum to be distinctly rosé in style. So, in addition to the creamy texture, it sports gorgeous wild strawberry fruit and finishes distinctly, but not austerely dry.
