Christophe Pichon 2020 Cote Rotie 'Tess'
Impossible to resist the allure of this new wine, which emanates from parcels planted from 1974-1976 in the granitic soils of the parcels Tupin and Semons. 50% of the bunches are fermented whole, and the barrels average three years of age. The resultant wine has a herbal edge that will please “old guard” aficionados of Côte Rôtie. It completes an array of Syrahs from Pichon that make a formidable calling card.
